We are really lucky to have our teas stocked far and wide and in some lovely locations including the picturesque Isle of Islay. teapigs fans will be pretty chuffed to know that the island is well stocked with all your favourite cuppas courtesy of tea loving couple Emma and Ron Goudie.
The tea adventure starts as soon as you land at the airport, the Fly Cuppa café owned by Ron and Emma serves up all your teapigs favourites along side their award winning cakes or light lunch. You don’t even need to be travelling to enjoy the café - locals and holiday makers alike are welcome to pop in, grab a cuppa and enjoy. Ron and Emma also own The Old Excise House B&B on the island, and if you’re lucky enough to be spending a few nights there you’ll find teapigs packs for sale to take home as well as the teas being served with your brekkie, what more could you ask for!
But if you decide to put down your tea for something a little stronger, I can wholeheartedly recommend the local tipple, Laphroaig whisky. It’s smoky, it’s delicious, it goes down a treat! Check the Old Excise website for more info, and start planning your next holiday…
