The tears may have dried but the empty feeling will take some time to subside as the Mighty Bees lost in the League One play off final at the weekend.
Our local boys fell 2 goals behind in the first half but the Bees pulled a goal back just after half time and then laid siege to the Yeovil goal but failed to find the equaliser.
So the Bees suffer the dreaded Play off heartbreak yet again - but their time will surely come soon and all in all it has been the best season for many a year down at Griffin Park and the team has made us proud with the style of their football.
But such is the life of a football fan so its chin up and chest out - and when do next year’s season tickets go on sale?
