Hello November! It’s time to give a big, warm, wintry welcome to snuggly jumpers, cosy blankets, ALL the yummy snacks… and most importantly our tea of the month… spiced winter red. We're always super excited when spiced winter is our tea of the month as it means we’re one step closer to the big day itself, and all the festivities surrounding it.
Now, we don’t like to toot our own horn all that much, but we reckon we’ve captured the best bits of winter in a cup... think mulled wine, log fires, happy cats and classic festive films – eee festive films, can't wait!
Let’s find out a little more about this blend…
what’s in it?
Packed with rooibos, orange peel, gingko leaves, orange blossom, cinnamon, ginseng, cloves, and safflower petals – it's an absolute dream team of ingredients for the winter time. It’s naturally caffeine-free too, so you can drink it round the clock.
how to make it:
Just pop a tea temple in your favourite mug (festive mug optional, but highly encouraged), top with boiling water and let it brew for three minutes, or longer for a stronger taste. We like this one with or without milk (it’s great with dairy free alternatives) and we love it with a cheeky splash of brandy every now and then too – it's the merry season after all!
What’s great about this blend is that there are so many ways you can enjoy it aside from as a cuppa. Check out these fab recipes to help get you well and truly into the festive spirit:
