This weekend, teapig cat Jaffa bought home a bat to add to the lovely menu of small animals he likes to serve up after a successful night’s hunting. Other instances have included frogs, mice and slugs.
I’m sure it’s all an all-too-familiar story for other cat owners out there, however though we may turn in disgust, pet experts suggest we should be appreciating these slightly horrifying offerings as apparently cats see them as gifts to us.
It’s the thought that counts…!
