Who made your pants? Maybe not a question you ask yourself that often, but Becky and the team behind Who Made Your Pants want to get us thinking about how ethical our undies are and let us know there is a fairer, better way to be buying our pants.

I first met Becky at The Do Lectures in 2008, a very inspirational event held in Wales:

She told me about her ambition to set up a lingerie business with a difference, one that would really make a difference to disadvantaged women but produce beautiful pants. I’ve followed her story ever since (yes I’ve bought pants, not for me obviously) and am a great admirer of what she has managed to achieve with a lot of hard work, determination and vision. And I’m told the pants really are great to wear.

Who Made Your Pants are about two things - amazing pants, and amazing women. They buy fabrics that have been sold on by big underwear companies at the end of season, stop them ending up as waste and turn them into gorgeous new pants. They also think that it's not really on for anyone to be made to work in bad conditions just for a cheap pair of pants. They have a little factory in Southampton where they create jobs for women who've had a hard time.

We’ve sent Becky some of our tea samples, so along with your lovely new pants you’ll also receive a teapigs tea temple with your order. Visit Who Made Your Pants here: http://www.whomadeyourpants.co.uk/ - and teapigs fans can get 15% off orders from 1-30th September, just use the code teapants
