The tea works out cheaper for me buying direct than in supermarkets. The only thing I can say is that my order was express delivery but the post office dont seem to think so.

I adore tea pigs and have used them for years. I usually buy them in bulk via Amazon subscribe and save. When Amazon could no longer fulfil my order, I came direct.
Your website is a nightmare, your call handling staff give the impression they would much rather be enjoying a gap year elsewhere. It is only because I love the tea that I remain loyal to the brand. And as for the subscribe and save feature, Ive never got it to work correctly yet, even with the "assistance" of your call handlers! Please tea pigs, sort this out. I can't be the only one experiencing this?
